Technology Mission to Estonia 2026

Scheduled from May 18 to May 22

The Technology Mission to Estonia is an intensive one-week international experience aimed at gaining first-hand insight into the digital ecosystem, cybersecurity aspects, and the mechanisms of interoperability and data governance that have positioned Estonia as the most digitalized country in the world. Participants will take part in visits and meetings with the main institutions that drive Estonia’s cyberspace.

USD 4,400 per participant, includes:

An additional charge will apply if a single room is required. Payment by credit card is available.

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

On the closing day of the mission, participants will receive a certificate of participation issued by Neurometrics and the Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy at Florida International University.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there a minimum number of participants required for the Mission?
Yes. The delegation must consist of at least 20 participants.

Can we arrive earlier?
Yes. However, please note that program accommodation starts on Sunday at 4:00 pm and ends on Saturday at 11:00 am.

In which language will the program be conducted?
In Estonian and English, with Spanish interpretation during presentations.

Is the program designed for a specific profile?
Yes. It is intended for senior public officials and public policy decision-makers interested in understanding the evolution of cyberspace and the influence of artificial intelligence.

CONSIDERATIONS
Participants are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of dinners and any other expenses not included in the proposal. Regarding cancellations, requests submitted between April 1st and April 15th will be eligible for a refund of 60% of the amount paid, after deduction of administrative expenses and payment gateway costs. For cancellation requests submitted after April 15th, no refund will be issued; only replacement of the participant will be allowed. In the event of any unforeseen circumstance resulting in the cancellation of a visit or lecture, Neurometrics reserves the right to arrange an alternative of similar characteristics without prior authorization from the participant.
